Apa Itu TOEFL ITP?
TOEFL ITP (Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program) adalah tes Bahasa Inggris yang mengukur kemampuan berbahasa Inggris, terutama dalam konteks akademik.
Tes ini dikembangkan oleh ETS (Educational Testing Service) dan sering digunakan oleh institusi pendidikan dan perusahaan untuk mengukur kemampuan Bahasa Inggris calon mahasiswa, karyawan, atau peserta program lainnya.
Tes ini biasanya dilakukan secara tertulis (Paper–Based) dan terdiri dari tiga bagian: Listening Comprehension, Structure and Written Expression, dan Reading Comprehension.

Contoh Soal TOEFL ITP
Setelah mengetahui apa itu TOEFL ITP, sekarang kita lihat contoh-contoh soalnya, yuk!
1. Listening Comprehension
Listening TOEFL ITP terdiri dari tiga bagian: Short Conversations, Longer Conversations, dan Talks.
Total waktu pengerjaan seluruh bagian berlangsung sekitar 35 menit dan terdiri dari 50 pertanyaan. Semua pertanyaan bersifat pilihan ganda dengan 4 opsi jawaban.
Part A: Short Conversations
Bagian ini terdiri dari 30 pertanyaan. Kamu akan mendengarkan percakapan singkat antara dua orang, lalu menjawab pertanyaan berdasarkan percakapan tersebut.
Percakapan biasanya seputar kehidupan sehari-hari dan berlangsung sekitar 2-3 kalimat.

1.) On the recording, you will hear:
(Man) Shall I lock up the computer lab now before I go home?
(Woman) Don’t bother. I’m not leaving for a while—I can check it on my way out.

Part B: Longer Conversations
Bagian ini terdiri dari 8 pertanyaan. Kamu akan mendengarkan percakapan yang lebih panjang antara dua orang atau lebih, misalnya diskusi kelas atau wawancara.
Pertanyaan akan menanyakan tentang isi percakapan, seperti topik utama, pendapat pembicara, atau detail spesifik.

2. Structure and Written Expression
Bagian ini terdiri dari Structure (15 pertanyaan) dan Written Expression (25 pertanyaan).
